What has changed?

On 1 July 2021, Speedweb became part of the Swoop company.

We now have a ‘new look’ and have recently updated our website to redirect to this webpage, as well as updates to our invoices and Facebook page.

We’ve updated our customer plans too. We’ll keep providing the same great service.

You’ll be billed at the beginning of the month at the same monthly rate. You won’t be able to switch back and forth between plans, but you can buy data blocks whenever you need to.

Can I change my plan?

Can I change my plan month-to month?

No. You won’t be able to switch back and forth between plans, but you can buy data blocks whenever you need to.

Can I buy data blocks?

Yes. 10 GB or 25 GB data blocks are available anytime you need to boost your data.

  • Weekdays: 8am – 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 6pm
  • Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
Bill payments

You’ll be invoiced at the beginning of the month, however, there are no changes to your charges or to how you pay your bill … unless you want to make changes.

Pay by credit card over the phone by calling 5135 3395, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)

Pay online at https://simple.speedweb.com.au (NB: available from 1 December).
