We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of WINDSOR and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the amplifier will be worked on. An emergency planned change will be put into effect to manage any further customer impact. RSPs who have additional customers impacted will be able to view the details of the emergency planned outage on Service Portal under Change Management CRQ000008447569.
