We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for Opticomm services in the suburb of Oran Park and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that we have involved our field engineers to attend the site and investigate this further. No ETR is currently available. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Please be advised that this issue has been partially resolved. We have found that some of the residents might still be without signal. This is waiting on an equipment replacement and we are currently organising the replacement part. Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available.
