We wish to advise that the nbn is investigating power alarms including confirmation from the supplier whether this relates to a loss of commercial power supply. Further updates once troubleshooting has confirmed whether Field Services or an electrician are required to attend.

We wish to advise that the troubleshooting has identified a local power outage is affecting the nbn network, resulting in a service disruption for customers. nbn is closely monitoring the situation and will conduct health checks on the network to ensure stability once power is restored. nbn advises customers to reset their modem and in-home equipment after power restoration if they continue to experience issues.
