FTTP in NSW
The first nbn connection in New South Wales was made in the south coast town of Kiama in July 2011.
Kiama was the second town on the Australian mainland to get access to the broadband network, and the first on the east coast.
Today, most areas along the coast of NSW, as well as greater Sydney and many regional hubs are able to connect to high-speed fixed line broadband – with new towns and suburbs being added to the rollout all the time.
If your home or business is in one of the eligible suburbs but you haven’t already been upgraded, find out whether you’re eligible for our $0 fibre upgrade.
NSW nbn® Business Fibre Zones
NBN Co’s Business Fibre Initiative is designed to support innovation, productivity and growth for Australian businesses.
Part of this plan involves the creation of nbn® Business Fibre Zones across Australia – including all over NSW. Businesses within these zones have access to Enterprise Ethernet, which is the fastest and most reliable business-grade fibre.
There are more than 100 Business Fibre Zones in metro and regional NSW, giving businesses across the state access to world-class internet.
Give us a call to see if your business qualifies for Enterprise Ethernet and get connected today.
